I’m starting with high school physics and working my way up to college level physics. I’ll also be recording my pre-calc and calculus notes in a separate document which will go hand in hand.
Velocity: The rate at which an object changes locations (last location – first location/time). It’s a vector which means it indicates direction.
Speed: The rate at which an object changes locations (distance/time). It’s a scalar which means it does not show direction only magnitude.
Acceleration: The rate at which velocity changes (miles per hour or meters per seconds squared). How fast or slow is the speed changing given a certain amount of time.
